Natasha Relwani-McClure
Regional Vice President
“We grow and change a lot as an organization. Consequently, as a team, we get to grow and change with it.”
Growing Quickly
Natasha began her Oak Street Health career as a community coordinator at our Portage Park center in Chicago. She quickly took on new challenges by managing patient relations for our centers on the South Side of Chicago, and helping us open five new centers in Detroit. Now, she oversees five centers as regional vice president in Pennsylvania. Natasha is just one story among the many Oakies who grew their careers with the support of the Oak Street Health family.

Taking Initiative
Natasha had big goals at Oak Street Health and owned her career development by learning from her team. As a result, she’s advanced her career — and has positively impacted the lives of our patients.
“I quickly learned it doesn’t matter where you sit in your career, there should always be things you ask and learn about.”
Why Oak Street Health: The Power of Local Employees
We hire from the neighborhoods we serve because better patient experiences — and transformative health — start from within our communities.
In addition to our medical personnel, we’re always hiring for positions on our non-clinical teams that require minimal experience and provide growth opportunities within our organization. When we select one of our Welcome Coordinators, as an example, the most important skills we seek in candidates are positive attitudes, flexibility and a welcoming and nurturing approach to working with all of our patients and their loved ones.
